Anyone ordered from Goni @ Rakuten and haven't received their APs?

Placed my order on 29 Sep and today still "Awaiting Shipment". Spoke with Fedex and was told only shipping label created but Goni hasn't passed AP to Fedex. Sent 1 email last week to Goni and was told they'd ship out by end of last week. Sent another email yesterday and no reply.

Annoyance level is high :mad:.

I ordered on 29th too but yesterday delivered to me already

No luck. Have been tracking every day. Right now still stuck at "Label has been created. Shipping info sent to Fedex". Fedex has confirmed over phone they do not have the shipment as seller hasn't called them to collect item.

Email them, confirm is missed order , happen to me when I bought my first AP, took 3 weeks, gave me loads of ********

I ordered from Daiso. All the documents in Korean. If any kind soul can distribute a link to the English version of the user manual, that would be fantastic. :)

I did. Sent email yesterday. So far no reply. Will send another one later. Disappointed in the level of service. Maybe it's OOS, if so should let customer know.
