Thanks man. Feel bit irritated cos qoo10 doesn't keep order history beyond 1 year.
My AX40s were purchased in early 2014, so i dunno which seller i bought from.
But the delivery times were much longer then. 3 weeks?

iirc qoo10 does keep your order within beyond 1 year - cos I rem I managed to check back on an order I made back in 2013.

You just need to make the correct date selections on the check boxes on your order history page.

Unless they changed their format la, that one I not so sure.

bought Samsung Ax40 and using for 2 days, working well. Moving it between living room and bedroom while waiting for CleanAir(also bought from Qoo10) to arrive in Oct. Thanks to all the bros who posted reviews and comments on different Ap here, sure help in educating newbies like me to make informed decision on which model to buy. Special thanks to bro WussRed who posted so many threads on Ap - great advises bro. I'll be ordering DIY filters from Taobao as replacements as well. Cheers.

Does this mean I need to turn the power lower ?
