Most likely won't have. But at least you know it is working when you plug it in
But is useful on sockets without indicating light, like the one I use for my egg steamer.

Hi acidz. Would u (or anyone) mind posting a picture of this adaptor from Japan Home? I know some had posted some pics of adaptors. But i just want to be doubly sure. I bought the wrong adaptor and my AX40 just sat beautifully in my bedroom *sign* I'm a very clueless lady thank q so much.

P/S: in case u're wondering, I bought the (wrong) adaptor b4 I viewed those pics cos I thot how difficult can it be...

Dont buy from Goni - sells when dont have stocks. Ordered 29/9, to date still no stocks. See my earlier posts.

It seems a lot of bro having problem with no stock, late shipment, filters than seem to non original filters.

Tons of issues with Goni.

I agree. I am one of those with outstanding issues with Goni. They sent me a spoilt ax40 with factory defects. Since 7th Oct i have been waiting for an address to send it back for an exchange as promised. Its already 16th Oct! And my spoilt purifier is still sitting in my living room

They called me yesterday and asked me to wait another few days to verify my spoilt ax40 video. The staff sounds apologetic and sincere and assured me that they would solve my case. Hiaz.. Its just taking too long till it makes me regret this whole purchase. I would have ordered from Happy mall. Just that it was cheaper at Goni.

As another dissatisfied customer of Goni, I think the lesson here is that their level of service may be satisfactory during off-peak season but tends to deteriorate when caught unprepared. For those who are in a hurry or are unwilling to deal with any hassles, it would be better to order from Happy Mall or others at a slightly higher price.

But if you compare the ratings of Goni and Happy Mall, Goni really has lower rating.

Seems to be inherent rather than timing.

Haze today return again

Yea.....since last nite returned actually. Srsly, haze never left us at all, just the degree only.

Singapore average pm2.5 levels for 10 months of non haze months is approx 12 to 14 ug/m3.

But people exclaim that 60 ug/m3 = good quality air....even though its more than 4X higher in concentration.

Past hour is > 100 ug/m3

Anybody good with chinese can clarify with the custom HEPA seller how come the volumetric shipping weight is so high? 1pc 1.5kg. The 百姓 ones cost way less despite being no less heavy.

Best- 1- GN Store on Rakuten
Fast response, sent item out quickly even though they'd said they'd be closed for Holiday.

Mediocre- Happy Mall on Qoo10
Item sent out a day or 2 after the holiday. Good part was they did state so. Fedex took longer than above seller as item went to Guangzhou.

Bad- Goni Global on Qoo10
Seller took more than 1 week and a number of reminders to send out 2 filters.
Filters arrived without original boxes. Seller takes abit more time to respond to messages compared to Happy Mall.

Thanks acidz! Well i should not say it is wrong. the adaptor i bought is for the round pins/heads but there is a "wall" around the holes so i cannot plug my AX40 in. it had cost me ard $10 from Self-Fix.
i saw what Asakura had posted at Japan Home last evening but dare not buy it lest it is not right again. but now since i have confirmation from you guys (thanks!), i will go get it!

How come I lift and rotate my ax40 will have grating sound ah. Ok?

I hear that sound too when I adjust/move it on high mode. Just power off and on, no issue otherwise
