I have seen my friend AirPods casing (all scratches) better to buy those silicone or leather pouch to protect the surface of the casing.

I’m using this protective case. But although I had use the case since Day 1, somehow it had scratches on it after removing to clean, but lesser as compared to having it without a case.

Hey guys, anyone went to service their AirPods at QCD or Alab before? Is the servicing ok, or one to one exchange?Always heard bad stuff from there haha. Been trying to get an appointment at Apple Store Orchard, but till now still no slot.

Left AirPods are lower volume than right, when listening the song seems very right orientated...

Use a toothbrush to scrub the air pods. Then use a blower to blow at the airpods' vent to remove blockage.

Works for me all the time.

I serviced my devices at both ALAB and Apple Orchard before. ALAB has alot of servicing and diagnostic fees ontop of the repair costs. Apple Orchard doesnt charge any diagnostic fees and sometimes they even replace other parts for you FOC. When my macbook battery died, they replace the keyboard, screen FOC and I only needed to pay for the battery. Best service ever.

no? the casing itself doesn't pair with your phone. its the AirPods that do and the casing is merely a platform to charge and to provide an interface for iPhone to recognise.

Yes, customised controls for the AirPods works on iOS 11 (and above).
