Not sure if it's the same with other accessories, within 14 days. The receipt that the Apple Store sends you via e-mail or physical copy will have a 'Return Date' annotated, so you'll know by when to return it.

Online should be the same as well. If I'm not wrong, Apple Store should have AirPods for trying out, but it should fit most ears since it's a regular earbud.

Yes. Only last device. How do you expect the airpod to decide which device you want to connect to? Connecting to all is not a feature yet.

more recent bluetooth headset/earpiece have this thing all "multipoint mode". even my $35 Jabra earpiece has. It can simultaneously connect to both my iphones.
I was hoping the airpod to be able to do that seamlessly.
