I buy my aw 15 in retail store with discount more than $200 and get ready stock.buying from online need wait long time.

do they give gst? can you name some recommended stores? thanks.

You can talk to the Dell sales rep online and can haggle for the price, I was able to negotiate around 150-200 sgd off...

There is also a Game Pro shop in Funan where you can check AW, I believe their prices are fixed but they will give you some freebies.

I didnt really need the freebies and the spec I was looking for was not available yet at Game Pro so I went to buy direct from Dell.

why would someone get a graphics amplifier for this the 980m card is only around 15% weaker than the desktop 980 gpu.. no point spending so much more money on the amplifier

Agreed! The 980M is a beast! I'd rather save a bit of money on the RAM and invest it into the model with the better graphics card as no game will utilize 16GB of RAM.
