Wah lao eh... can almost match my Sapphire 270X Toxic card for epeen prowess leh and this is labeled just 270, non-X even.

Ah, the superlative length of the card makes complete sense now. It's really a R9 290 that came in and not a R9 270 after all, the 9 was incompletely handwritten and became a 7 instead. Must remember to thank AMD Mom asap cos the it was also written as a R9 270 in the email too.

The longest mainstream gpu I would still say is the gtx7xx windforce 3x edition.

Measuring an astonishing 292mm compared to titan at just 266mm. A good mid size tower should be able to handle IF the hdd cage can be removed.

Your casing probably needs to be updated, new cases even inexpensive models cater for long cards. Can consider these budget but very cost effective models

Alternatively, if you really detest changing casings... the R9 270 model, which I thought I was getting, is a much more modest card at just 210mm long

for me i seldom change. once i get a decent casing and i'll just stick to it. there r tonnes of options out there. u just need to choose something that suit ur need best.

same for me. last time i always buy budget casing and end up its always part of the casing broken. now i'm a happy user of my phantom 410.
