Also note that i do not turn AA on as it was just a GTX760 2gb. And in those days it was Beta BF4. So the performance here will take a dip. After the launch it was somewhat a roller coaster ride of performance for the GPU. And finally the GTX760 was able to turn on AA with the improved performance.

Wow. Thanks for sharing. That's some pretty neat results you have for a rig setup within 1k and using infamous BF4 beta for benching. You make me tempted to almost get a FX rig. Lol

I'm Intel-free too! [Well, almost; got one SSD from them.]

Woot! APU and FX build. You are red camp fan? Lol.

So how does the APU and FX work for you? Care to share your experiences with them? I am pretty curious as to their functionality differences in daily usage.

I gonna hoot that MX100 SSD soon too. Should I? :D:D

My first rig was an athlon 3000, been using AMD ever since. Not because i'm a fanboy but i find AMD simply gives the best bang for buck for my needs. Now still running x3 720be, may plan to upgrade to fx 8320E or 6300 next year. Love how my motherboard can support such a wide range of CPUs

i sold my FX 8320 and M5A99X Evo R2 and migrated to a I5 4690K + Z87 Killer
in any case I still have 3 APU systems working as HTPCs So I still qualify!

Asrock A75M HVS + A8-3670K
Biostar TA75M + A6-3500
Biostar TA75M + A6-3400

was considering a A8 7600 but the vaporware took so long to come I just brought an evga 750TI to upgrade my main HTPC to a light/ moderate gamer

AMD need Zen to come out in 2016... they are losing out too much in ipc

Yeah, same here. Best bang for buck concept. I am considering the 8370E. Heheh.

I still thought most people are in blue camp but apparently there are
still red camp survivors.

Actually i guess there are still people willing to buy AMD. Just that they're low profile.
I have met my neighbors bought AMD FX system recently, i am quite surprised too.
