Global transfer of platinum

I have two US-issued Amex Platinum charge cards. Anyone has idea how difficult it will be to get a SG-issued Platinum charge card by Amex's global transfer?

Using the Amex apps and show me need to enrol for priority pass require for Singapore Plaza premium lounge but one of the hongkong plaza premium lounge show no need to enrol. Is it that only selected plaza premium lounge just require showing Amex plat card?

I'm guessing the app is showing the Priority Pass requirements over and above Plaza Premium requirements, so those Plaza Premium lounges that are under PP are showing up as requiring PP enrollment. If you look closer at the HK lounge selection in the app, there are 2, the East Hall one is the one that is under PP, which the other is not (you can check PP site), and only the East Hall one shows as "Enrollment Required".

plenty of anecdotal experience that Plaza Premium lounges only require the Amex card for entry, plus Amex TnC is clear on this as well. naturally applying for PP doesn't hurt one bit, carry both cards to maximise your lounge opportunity.

I have the same understanding. And i believe the Amex Charge card allows you to bring in +2 guest for Plaza Premium.

I wonder why so many people crazy about this card and willing to pay $1700 for it.....is it really worth it?

Definitely worth it. Apart from those benefits and goodies mentioned by bro occupy_hk, those spending u can redeemed points for CapitaLandmall voucher which can be easily more than its annual fees.

Every 4400 points can redeem for $50 CapitaLand mall voucher, if you are not going for mileages
