But don’t have the platinum reserve’s free staycation and wine…..Still have the staycation and wine la..
cause there are people who don't just get it for the free stuff lor? not everybody is looking at breaking evenDon’t know why still got ppl apply for this card starting this month.
This month sign up bonus worst than last month.
Plus now not eligible for free platinum reserve card anymore.
So, you pay $1712, but get less sign up bonus, and no free staycation, and no free wine etc etc.
If you want the card and its associated perks/prestige, this wouldn't be a concern for you. But, no matter what i find amex cards a hassle as still not as widely accepted as visa/master.
throw if u feel no use lor.Got the welcome pack. The love dining vouchers is it all can throw? Voucher don't stack with love dining discount.
I managed to ask for 40k MR points when i received my renewal in my statement.Don’t waste time on this card anymore. Firstly, the new renewal benefit is not attractive enough for the annual fee. Secondly, having this card does not feel premium anymore compare due to the revised income requirement. My membership will be due next march. Will spend the voucher given next year and just cancel it once the membership fee is due march
How much is your annual spend on the card?I managed to ask for 40k MR points when i received my renewal in my statement.
Overall this year still will renew, got the $400 hotel and $400 flight credits, plus the new credits coming in Jan. Still worth it.
Can't say the same for next year though.
Came across this article few days ago. The value proposition will continue to drop because there are still multitudes of people lining up for the card. Even if it means losing some earlier customers along the way.

I spent less than 30k this year on that card. How much is your annual spend on the card?
The new credits are pretty bad tbh. Too split up and specific. For e.g. the streaming credits I prepared to write off already. The overseas dining probably will not be able to find an eligible restaurant either.
But the value is still there for IAP, lounge and FHR.
They turning it into a mass market card. It's actually much lower than 120K now. 120K is just MAS requirement for no credit limit. Now got promotion for platinum card?
Saw the income requirement drop to 120k
Whether get it or not another matterIncome requirements reduced to 30k. https://milelion.com/2023/01/05/ame...legram&utm_medium=telegram&utm_campaign=roars
