I feel Vontar x3 is good, A95X I bought 2 both died in a week

If you want really good box, get branded box like Google Chromecast 2020 (best box, US$50, but availability in Singapore is an issue and you may need to pay more and wait as you need to get from US through 3rd party).

I have Chromecast (1st gen) Prefer to use smart Youtube TV for ad block,
Tried x96 mini flashed to Andriod TV OS, SUCKS...
So no Mi box and Shield for me...

On the other hand, super low end X96 Mini flashed to Android TV OS can not represent the Android TV OS at all. Using that to dismiss Mi Box S or even Nvidia Shield TV is totally strange to me.

BTW, you can always sideload apps to Android TV OS.

Normal media box, Netflix only up to SD, which i find ok even on a 4K TV, I dun see a need to go for Android TV to support HD Netflix.
As in 2GB ram or 4GB up to you, I have both, 2GB is fine cos you dun multitask on a TV box. But 4G RAM just to future proof your TV box.

DNS was me, in the past when I use ubox yes. Ned change, due to law. Now they say no need. I dunno. I Switched away from ubox.

I need some help. Bought a Mecool km1 about 3 months and is dead now. It just show a blue light and doesn't display anything. try email mecool and they refer me back to the reseller. I bought it from shopee and now the seller wouldn't reply me. anyone who know how to troubleshoot or know who can repair this? I feel is something on the firmware that went wrong. before this happen, the screen show an android icon and some command line before it went to this state. Any expert to help me please, thank in advance.
