you know i myself used to wonder nez, about why the front loading style is not that popular bcoz i too used to prefer that over bells and whistles. Ironically i just started looking at casings where i can build my mini nas and store hdds and this silverstone kinda caught my eye.

Yeah. The masses just interested in glass panels & leds. For me other then my preference for black colour, I prefer practical functional features, whereever possible.
Do read up more on the DS380, it may have cooling issues. CS380 also has but there is a workaround. DS380 I not not sure.
