Will she be allow to monetize her flat in future? Or only when she not around?
not anymore since she can't sell shortlease flat,
any prorated amount goes to me when she's not around someday ,that was what HDB told me

117k less 10k for the 3 ocs and 30k for silver bonus scheme - therefore $77k more cheaper than you lah .

Although is 30yr lease compare to your 99yr

The best part is :
1. Only 1.5yr after apply
2. Move in condition immediate - not much renovation
3. Cheaper after deduction from silver scheme of 30k discounted

Not at all. However the speed of appreciation took me by surprise. $334K most likely includes COV.

By Q4 2022 will probably hit $350K. Half a million is not an issue if you hold at least 10 years. Let Mr.Inflation do the job. LOL!

For now just happy happy live in your 2-Room flat for 20 years. When the time comes just cash out and self check-in to some SG or JB nursing home lah haha.

For those who want neighbours to detect foul stench can stay permanently. No right or wrong.

that's provided application for SHB is successful

Guess he brought all from his previous place.
Like that mine also consider minimum reno too but i no indention to sell.

anyway regardless how much they reno, if they selling their unit immediately when reach MOP, this show that they want to make money and not getting a unit for staying long.

P.S think this one is a gal.

the only positive thing is, you're younger than shortlease applicants
