garmen encourage elders and young ones to mix together, not make estate have majority elders. if not this estate will keep having single death inside.
for 2R application, elderly will still have priority over singles
140 units, 100 will go to elderly , how to not be majority?

you see eveytime 2R flat mix, type1 and 2 combijned only 100+
not sian meh?

now govt want to push for parent proximity for single to have advantage
but seriouslly who can wait for bto project to launch near parent house for such advantage?

govt also boast of shorter waiting time 2-3 years
come on, they think such project the demand will remain normal ?

look at last time the bukit batok and clementi bto
2 years waiting time

thousands and thousands of applicants

lawlz, more sianz to hear abt single death and corpse water every other day there.

the only barrier one has to go through is flat selection, thats all.

after that you dun need care abt what bto launch and whether get good Q

actually is not shorter waiting time.....they already started building...while launch slowly. lol

my chencharu hill took 44 month....
while other chencharu vines, chencharu grove released later... all chencharu projects will be completed by 2028. lol
