My soup ingredients (red dates, honey dates, mushrooms, dried abalone) from TB were confiscated by SG customs.

Any way to reduce paying RMB2 for every payment? I cannot seem to add all items into 1 shopping cart and pay altogether. Whenever I want to buy that item, I have to quickly make payment and it will auto addRMB2 due to credit card transactions.

I tried to use Alipay app but it doesnt allow singapore registered credit card to be added to alipay.

Any tips to share?

Use Wechat pay, but the process to onboard wechat itself more slower and tedious.
Alipay need to register international version, the app with the english interface. Then bind your passport and Credit/Debit card.

There is no carting system in PDD, Use the item 'save' option first, then consolidate buy through the Wishlist menu

Checked my shipping info and it shows items arrived in Sg and they already 开箱 and ready for customs clearance but after thst no more updates.

I checked with TB 客服 and they ask for my order number and told me will look into it.

few days later they informed me that TB with do a full refund by way of 红包 to my TB ac (China anti money laundering policy not allowing transfers of money) and the 红包 only expired in the next 60 yrs.

I suspect my dry goods was confiscated by the Sg customs due food safety.

yes hsa save yr kidneys, just curious the food u bought has how many written reviews?

for consumables moi usually aim those over 100,000 review, so far moi only bought tea leaf

I contacted TB 客服, and they asked for my order number, saying they would look into it.

A few days later, they informed me that TB would issue a full refund via 红包 to my TB account (due to China’s anti-money laundering policy preventing money transfers), and the 红包 will only expire in 60 years.

It really cracks me up when people say buying dry goods from China isn’t safe, but getting them from Four Horse Road or medical halls is fine.

Can someone explain where exactly those shops at Four Horse Road or medical halls get their supplies from?

end Nov I went Guangzhou for holiday and went to their dry good wholesale center and bought back more than 10 kg of dry good for CNY without issue.

The price there is approx 1/3 of 4 horse road.

All the shops and stalls offer similar prices, making it tricky to decide where to buy from.

Unfortunately, I made the big mistake of forgetting to ask the shop to split my purchase into two payments and ended up with a 3% tax since my total was over 200 RMB.
