not yet received. "The total amount of Cash Rebate accumulated for all Online Qualifying Spend will be validated and accorded to the Cardmember’s Card Account within 45 days from the end of the Promotion Period. " promotion ends 16 Oct. so probably will receive cash back within the next week.

guys, would like to check with you all something. some days back i received a SMS from ANZ saying that we will only receive eStatements from Feb 2017 unless we change the option in iBanking, thinking that there was enough time, I decided not to change back to receive physical statement instead.

Today I received an sms from ANZ saying that my eStatements is ready for viewing, but upon logging in ibanking, it says there is no estatement generated -.- has anyone been in the same shoes also? will i get the mail for this month.

i think if it is a direct booking to the hotel then it is under "Dining & Leisure", if through agencies like Expedia then it will be "Travel". but i am not 100% sure

Anybody tried redeeming for rebates and got rejected? I have the points, got the rejection letter. Called in ANZ and they say I did nothing wrong so they will investigate. 2 weeks already they haven't even get back to me. Wana use the points to offset current month bill sia.

You can call to check. Usually payments made to govt or bills or recurring fees not counted for rebate
