just a few qns:
1) existing anz card holder not qualify for the $100 cash rebate?
2)to earn the $100 cash rebate need to speed at least $488 within the first month?
3)not possible to waive off annual fee? need to use points to wave off?
Thanks!

1) Yes.
2) "at least S$488 of Qualifying Card Spend (as defined in paragraph 6 below) to their Credit Card(s) within 30 days of the date of approval of their Credit Card"
3) waiver subjected to approval. Try to earn enough to redeem rebate before annual fee comes
anyone managed to waive the annual fee for this card? I have $12 more to earn. Sian. I applied the card last March. When will they charge the annual fee?
Me applied last March too. Got 217 op$
hey guys, im looking at the $100 promotion for this card. a bit puzzling since it says the promotion last till 29 Feb 2016, but it is open to new ANZ customer with card approved by 15 Mar 2016. does that mean that i have to apply the card by 29 feb, and have it approved by 15 Mar, and then spend $488 within 30days?
I submitted my application about a month ago. Only just got card. Horrible customer service when trying to follow up. They said it was pending my documents which I emailed back to them back then and I had date of email to confirm it.
Anyway hopeful it'll be worthwhile if I am spending $2k on airfares and manage to get $200 worth of rebate. Maybe I'll even book hotel on here rather than getting my 6% of online spend on DBS Live Fresh promo.
From reading this thread it sounds like the shopping category is nearly useless. I'm debating between dining and travel now. Need to book honeymoon tickets.
I just received my card so am under the $100 points promotion thing. Are there any other catches like do I need to spend minimum every month for a while or is it literally just spend $488 and get the $100 PLUS the usual 5% on travel (if I pick that category)?
I chose the travel category for my recent holiday as well. Do note that the max rebate per transaction is $30, so at 5% rebate, that means that beyond $600 transactions, you will be getting less than 5% rebates.
any ANZ users here? thinking of getting the optimum card
Yes. Need any help?
