Yes, Viki app is now on the new Apple TV App Store.

The new Apple tv is not launched in China yet? No china appstore. Means pptv and youku not going to appear anytime soon.

New Apple TV has not launched in China. But I believe the china app store should be already live. You can try log in using China Apple ID. (Apple TV has not been launched in Indonesia, but the App Store is already live when i logged in using Indonesian Apple ID)

I believe chinese drama streaming apps (LeTV, PPTV, Youku, etc) should be launched soon on the new apple tv app store. These apps are already available on the iOS App Store. In the mean time, just download these apps on your iphones/ipad, then airplay it to your new apple tv (Apple TV 2nd & 3rd gens supports airplay too).

That's a shame. I just realise Apple TV section is not available on the www.apple.com/cn

Apple TV is never sold in China.

Just tried and it works. But no subtitles for Korean or japanese shows...

There are multiple subtitles available. While video is playing, just slide down on the remote trackpad to show info, subtitles, and audio options.

you can ask Siri to open apps
no need to manually do it

eg "Crossy Road"

but side note, i dunno why i was not able to set my appletv thru my iphone
Bluetooth could not be detected ...
had to do it manually

Yeah, it's now in US app store only. It's slowly rolling out to other countries. I think the SG app store currently still don't have enough data to have the "top charts" compiled.

Siri works the moment you change your location to US. No need to login to US account unless you intent to download apps or rent/buy movies.

can use siri to search content from Plex

For android box, you can even use the internet browser to watch online movie without the needs for movie or TV app.. Still considering whether to buy since i have apple tv 3.

Apple TV 4 remote costs $118 which is 50% of apple tv 4 32gb ($248) and thanks one bro who shared earlier than it can break easily if dropped due to glass (Good design or poor material used?).

Still waiting for more useful movie streaming, live TV app..

If you buy movies in iTunes then it's ok else don't bother. Just stick to android box or older Apple TV

Creating new account no need VPN. I never use VPN when I created US & China account.

Are you referring to the TVB app (MyTVB) or some other app? Would be very keen if TVB has already published their IOS app on the AppleTV App store.
