Seems like can’t hold charge. After awhile , the charging icon appear. Charge for couple mins. Shoot up to 30+%. If I restart the watch, it shows 90+%. Then after awhile , shows charging icon.

Have you tried un-pairing and then re-pairing it again? Set up the watch as a new device and monitor. If still happens, book an appointment with the Genius Bar since the Series 4 is still under warranty.
did that and still the same.. haha.. the watch was "admitted to hospital" on Friday.

Then it might either be a battery or logic board issue. Anyway hope all's well when it returns.
