I have this since watchOS 6 Beta and iOS 13 Beta. Pretty sure need to find a way to unlock the geofencing.

It shouldn’t just be a geofence. Needs an update to the watch too.
Internally the app needs to be enabled by a flag

I have a series 3 with the latest 5.3 FW. The irregular heartbeat feature is also not working, keeps saying "not available in your region". irregular heartbreat should work since series 1.

You need to update iOS to the latest version for it to work.

Tried the whole morning but the Watch's Software Update won't even complete checking.

Already updated iOS.

Tried rebooting both iPhone and Watch (a series 4; bought from Amazon USA).

Watch still refuse to check for an update!

It finally did after I un-pair it with my iPhone (took a long time) and re-pair it.

... in case anyone else facing the same issue.

btw... ECG working flawlessly.

When I put my finger on the digital crown, the heart logo appears on the watch, but nothing happens.

Anyone encountered a similar problem?
