will receive my series 4 today. the singtel plan shld work right?

Yes, only the Nike face is exclusive to Nike watches.

For me no hurry as I’ve my Series 3 LTE to use. 3-4 weeks isn’t too long too. For Apple, if there are more ready stocks, the delivery date might be earlier. But there are cases where the delivery dates are also pushed back due to high demand.

I doubt so for now. You might wish to wait until next week then try again, or just order via Apple online store and wait. Guaranteed stock but only thing is waiting.
