Tbh I never really utilized AC+ before. Mainly bought for AP & AW.

This type of stuff is buy for an ease of mind. I don't think anyone will wanna go through the hassle for repairs/replacement unless device really faulty/uplorry.

If I knew within 1 year still can hoot from Apple store & not only authorized service center I wouldn't have patronized QCD. Apple store I still can get 10% EPP discount +updated new price ($319)

It's ok bro I alr refunded full sum ($369) cuz I cancelled my AC+ on the dot 30days from purchase date.

They carrot my $50 (369-319) i dam butthurt

Plus upgrading 15PM, so a blessing in disguise..

I go apply for ST Numbershare when ST announced the Numbershare addon, before Apple starts selling cellular models and got it hanged.
ST Cso also cannot troubleshoot my issue until they delete my profile and ask me reapply.
AW3 is cheaper than SG and the AC for AW3 is about 50% of SG price when I got it, despite Yen is much higher than current at that time.

AW7 is my 2nd AW, got it because can earn HPB vouchers

I hoot from Amazon us or Best Buy or bh something depending on their promotion. I bought my SS 41mm during the same year launch for $450usd and I manage to get replace to local cellular at Apple Store. Then use vpost to ship back lo

Last time when I selling my AW3 SS, I contacted apple SG to confirm my Japan AW3 and AC+ is valid in SG before selling it to the buyer and provide him chat transcript from Apple.

Last time Lazada Apple too selling at good discount and makes me wonder they are clearing stock or priced wrongly.

I ever got a M1 iPad Pro 11” Cellular 1TB at $1792 before credit card perks in 2021. Shop trade in price was $1950 at that time.

Mid or Late 2022 the discount seems to be lesser, not sure is there any changes in distributor managing Apple Flagship Mall.

Sharing some updates with your on my previous post question for your to take note.

My purchased from flagship store store Mall.

AC+ was activated before my order date, registered under one of the online platform and not under my name.
Contacted the Mall CSO and send me a FAQ link to read when I requested for service agreement, couldn't answered my question and I did asked her izzit I need to look for Apple directly and she replied yes.....

So I had contacted Apple and they also dunno why AC+ was activated before I had order and changed the AC+ name and ownership to mine.

Good info. Since ownership can be changed on your end, maybe the default name will be the shop if bought via shopee/lazada. Then you diy to request to change to yours. Maybe due to pdpa?

By right they should chat with buyer to get the details for AC+.

I even gave them my email but they ignored me.

Example: It‘s as good as you go Q** buy, they registered under their name and activated for you.
When you wanna do refund, your name is not Q**, service agreement also not send to your email. Den you will need to waste your time verify with Apple and only able to get a refund after they approve.

another point is, how often you check ur AC+ coverage after you had purchased.
I believed a lot never even bothered liao.

that’s how I realized I kena scammed when another victim pm me on Carousell to check after seeing my reviews on scammer page.
Its because scammer did a credit card chargeback, notifications email were sent to the scammer instead of me.

and if that person did not alert me, I might not be using my phone with extra care and when it damaged, I’ll need to pay for repair without AC+….
