So I bought my phone on 20 Oct 2024. The limited warranty ends 19 Oct 2025. Then I buy my ac+ on 15 Oct 2025 and warranty extended to 14 Oct 2027?

For the battery health. If below 80%, u will get free battery replacement. If u buy it nearing near the end of 1 year. It will probably be around 90%, higher chance of battery replacement compared to if u bought it during the first 60 days

AppleCare+ is covering your iPhone for 2 years under its condition. Key is cover 2 years from the date u bought it. It is different from the normal 1 year warranty.

So if u buy AppleCare + during your purchase of iPhone, the tnc will be switch to those under AppleCare+ and it starts the 2 year immediately. It will overwrite the normal 1 year warranty.

Just need to note if want to buy towards end of 1 year just to extend the warranty to 3 years in total.

Don’t think this is true. It doesn’t add another two years. It counts from the first day you use the phone. So in essence you only have two years. Not three

Thinking. Cos Apple care+ with EPP just cost slightly over S$10 a month. I just sold my iphone 15 pro max with Apple care+. Going to call Apple for the refund since the buyer do not want the Apple care+.

i bot when picked up the phone on launch day

take note after 1 year if u sell ur phone, u can only get refund from apple care if u dint make use of any express replacements etc
