Thinking. Cos Apple care+ with EPP just cost slightly over S$10 a month. I just sold my iphone 15 pro max with Apple care+. Going to call Apple for the refund since the buyer do not want the Apple care+.

To get EPP discount we must know someone working in Apple right?

Don’t think this is true. It doesn’t add another two years. It counts from the first day you use the phone. So in essence you only have two years. Not three

In the past regardless of when u purchase the AC+, it will end 2 years from when you purchase the phone.

Just went to Apple Store and the genius also agree that no incident fee shouldn’t be charge for express replacement. In the end they trigger express replacement for my iPad

Yes, they need to see your staff pass in person.

Apple care+ starts on the day you purchase the apple care+ and will give you 2 yrs of protection. If you buy a phone in sep 2024 and you buy apple care+, apple care+ will end in sep 2026. If you buy a phone in sep 2024 but buy apple care+ in feb 2025, your apple care+ ends in feb 2027.

Yes, will be 1 + 2 yrs provided u pass Apple diagnostic test and physical check on the phone in Apple Store.

Do take note that the 1st year in this case will be under limited warranty. Meaning if u crack the screen, u need to pay the standard repair fee to replace it.

However Apple sg website didn’t show this ac+ that can be purchased after 60 days and before 1 year for iPhone purchase.

This is why I am not sure if this can be done in Singapore. I know it can be done in the US/Canda.

But someone replied to me few days ago that he/she did it and worked.

Yes. I just did that for my iPhone 15 PM. Sold it away, called apple for refund. The amount will be pro rated back to your preferred bank.

Just prepare your apple care+ contract can Liao. They need the number. BUT, if you did an express replacement before, then no, you cannot get back your apple care refund.

Nice I prepared Liao. Never did express replacement before. Just got my new iPhone 16 pro. Taking dam long to even get my apps back. Now cannot use banking apps
