Yeah one more question is if I buy new phone but wanna keep the existing phone with Applecare, can I cancel to get a refund?

As long as no phone replacing is activated with your current apple care, you can request for a refund. My 15PM is on apple care too. Once i sold it off, i call apple to cancel my apple care. They ask me why i want to cancel and i told them i just change phone. They then proceed with the cancellation and refund the pro-rated amount back to my bank.

dunno my first time selling to them. since the buying back price is same as red white mobile etc. and also compasia no need to return the box and accessories. plus their courier come pick up.

also heard from the apple store guy who recommended me compasia that they usually will nit be so pariticular as in deduct money for this and that

Because buying apple care+ only cost S$3XX and S$2XX (with EPP) if you intend to use your iphone for longer period. I believe only a few members here are willing to buy apple care+ even if they change their phone every yr. For me, if i buy apple care+ now, it only works out to be around S$11+ per month. And if i never activate any phone replacement, i can get back the pro-rated value if i cancel my apple care+ when i sell off my phone.

i bought AppleCare+ for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, then when i sell off last month and changed to 16 pro...

i did a refund of my AppleCare+ online (no need to call) . Got back like 159 into my bank account

used the 159 + top up to buy new AppleCare+ for my 16 pro

Absolutely. That's why i trolled them by purposely lower my price and let all these low life carousellers reply. Sure enough tons of low life folks replied to my listing to make them wait and then tell them someone offered me a good price. Back alley Toa Payoh shops offered me 370 for my 13 mini while all these carousellers offered me 200/250. hilarious bunch.

I have better things to do. but, just can't resist playing them given that they know what's the market price and then still want to low ball me.

you get the payment in about 2 working days, via bank transfer

just sold iphone to them coz price similar to phone shop
i think as long as you declare the correct state of your phone, they won’t adjust the price from what was quoted to you (unless other platforms, low ball even if you declare correctly)

another good thing, they just take your device, no need box, cable or accessories

overall quite good experience

Pay using your credit card then call your bank to break into installments lor.

Coverage is still the same, it is not affected by payment method.
