There's risk involved with not purchasing AC+, which I rather pay for this since I use it without a case.

i cracked my button glass for the stupidiest thing i did and activated ERS for a new unit.

i should warn that this glass on the button is way way easier to crack than the LCD display anytime. just handle it with care.

How did you crack it? Did your phone have a case on?

Not uncommon issue already. Any strong impact on the button even with case cover protection might shatter the glass.

yes it works. SG iphone, i went malaysia(KL's apple store) to get AC+ cos its cheaper by 15% approx. I cant get it online even by VPN, cos i dont have a local MY credit card. The way to get it is walk in and pay via your SG credit card like its a retail purchase. Quite a decent saving if you happens to go for a weekend trip to overseas.

Right so the other option is to walk in and purchase AC+ in the respective country, apart from inputting the respective country's payment method..
But the T&C, coverage, fees are the same across right, just the currency when purchasing AC+ differs which provides some savings as compared to buying in SG.

Yes pretty sure the replacement fee is depending on where you are making the claim since ac+ is almost worldwide coverage
