Been searching this on internet but need to confirm. A 9 speed cassette will fit a 10 speed hub with no extra spacer needed, but a 10 speed cassette on 11 speed hub will need a 1.8mm spacer along with the given 1mm. Or a 2.8mm spacer without the smaller spacer. True?

Welcome! The distance doesn't seem to be as long if walking from Punggol Point side, compared to Lor Halus. Will need to measure the map, haha

Wonder how it performs for mountain bike? Theoretically, performance should be better.

from a mechanical stand POV, any increase in performance is negligible or marginal at best.....

for a premium..... at least lefty got real benefit, like change tube no need to rip your wheel off
