I realised I can opt for touring or mtb pedals/cleat. I suppose I should get touring type? What's so compelling about mtb pedal/cleat as compared to touring? Touring type is more versatile with flat on one side and cleat on the other.

can train with n95 mask, the added restriction of air flow is machiam high altitude training :s13:

Also need to wear goggles liao. Or else eyes will be irritated due to constant bombardment by the particles at moving speed

from the shop u bought the stuff from? i eyeball the position then go out and test abit and adjust if i need to. u can clip in the shoes onto the pedal to see. shldnt be too difficult. check youtube, plenty of videos too

surely can test fit, otherwise don't buy. :p you think getting shoes from online ah

unlike saddle which needs to be fitted on your bike to test, getting a cycling shoes is like buying any shoes, u are allowed to test fit and walk around to feel the fit. But of cos if you thinking of testing it thru riding, that is a different story :p
