Thanks. The stem looks a bit long, see if you can get a shorter stem (by maybe 10mm) on loan to try first. Don't change saddle position yet, that's usually the last thing to change, cus it'll also affect your pedaling dynamics.

What's your stem length right now? Before you do anything, how long have you had the bike for and how long does it take for you to feel the lower back pain come in?

Ok I will try to source for 100 mm stem. Could it be I sit too far forward on my saddle? Just realised so much space behind my butt haha.
Stem length is 130mm now. Was advised to get this cos they say my arm length is long.
I tink after 10 min can feel le?

Of course. I started the testing with the Alex moulton dont know which series. Then the Tyrell Ive , Tyrell FX , Bike friday Pocket rocket. Also tried the FSX with the Shimano 105

Tyrell FX and Pocket rocket left the deepest impressions. Leaning towards bike friday but then there is a 6 months wait. So it was only down the the Tyrell. But I have yet to try Bromptons and the IF bikes.

I left the shop dreaming about the FX. But think about the price I also looking at bikes under 1k.

I brought a friend to try out the bikes, and he fell in love with Tyrell. The sleekness, light weight and speed won him over. He's a muscular, tanned guy who enjoys sports and the occasional adrenaline rush.

He originally said his budget was <1.2k... but in the end he was willing to spend more to buy Tyrell FX.

Wah, that stem sounds way too long. If the pain comes in after 10 min, means the bike fit (or lack of) is wrong liao. You can try looking for a loan 110mm or 100mm stem, see if it feels better then buy one.

If not, try dropping your stem down by 10 or maybe even 20mm on the steerer tube.

I got this pump before. Used it for about 9 to 12 months, then it started failing. During the downward stroke, the is no air going into the valve. I think the seal is damaged. But lazy to send it for repairs, so I bought another pump, a Topeak.

How much is something like this? Have always felt bianchi bikes very sexy. Flat bar will look stupid anot. but no place to store a full size.

VD, how do you use it? As for mine, there is no air compression to force the air into the valve at all.

first few strokes is without air, then it goes back to normal, still can't figure out what is wrong with it though. Of cos the pressure gauge also not working properly when I plug in too.

Please help me to clear up my doubts. From what I understand , when the front crank has 58t compared to 53t. And the smallest cog 14.

Pedalling hard on the 58 would be faster then the 53t. So I dont understand why when people say that their 11 speed bike is faster then a 9 speed with the same smaller cogs.

On every bike I have ever cycled. I only use either the highest to cruise down pcn, or the lowest gear to go up slope.

Beautiful bike you have there. Maybe when I get my own flat I will get one to hang on the wall to look good and for some weekday solo cycling.

it all depends on your expectation, need something portable.. go for foldie, you can take a look at birdy too, good speedy foldie.

it is a waste they selling the fsx with 105 at a slightly higher price than when it was first launch... but they gave a series higher than current, Ultegra instead of 105.. back then it was worth the extra, but not so now.

I will definitely not be buying the fsX for it is at a price I wouldn'd consider..... yet.

I have always seen and admire the birdy bikes, when I cycle and see one on the road. My mind goes ~~birdy~~~~. And I know this is a person who knows what comfort is.
I haven't considered it because I had the impression that it's a bike more engine then parts that allows it to go fast. With it being full suspension and even a disc brake.

I went to search around and see that on eWalker there is 7 different kinds.

But on cyclelogy , there is only 3 different kinds?
Would the classic be up-gradable? In the event I buy that and feel it lacking?
Would the frame accept a cassette with 9t as smallest cog?

Oh, so your pump is still better than mine. For me maybe one if every 20 strokes will deliver air into valve.
