Finally managed to squeeze some time for a ride to Marina Barrage

Just some thought on the Fabric saddle...
I really like the saddle. No butt pain at all.
Was expecting some numbness since no slot in the middle but didn't experience any numbness too.
Much much better than my previous saddle.

Weekday morning usually peak hours for car traffic, very stressful to ride on road coz need to be highly alert. I would prefer the other timing u mentioned which is midnight. But then drivers might be tired, still got to be alert when riding.

Could consider 5am, provided u can wake at 4+ which i don't really like. Bad for health if body cannot take it. Most people sleep late than waking up early at wee hrs

Bought this pair of addidas trainer shoes for cycling. Top up a bit can get 5 10 shoes. Haha silly right?

Btw my clipless is now use-less. Not sure whether to tranfer to my foldie. The xt paddles (one side platform one side clipless) a bit too heavy

Alivio Cassette CS-HG200 9-speed 11-34
Alivio RD
Altus FD
SR Suntour XCR Six Crankset 22-32-44

Thanks in advance.

Wanna maintain triple. Don't want to waste the shifter

I am not very well-versed in touring and MTB crankset.

But I searched on CRC, there is a Shimano Deore M590 9 speed 44-32-22 crankset for £42.99

Next tier up is XT M770, £108.49, same gear ratio.

The rest are either Shimano Acera or Alivio

Thanks for the lookup. Will also check with bike shop for recommendation.

I uses a Cateye saddle rail mounting bracket for fixing a rapid5 rear light under the saddle for my roadie. I also tie a velcro strap style saddle bag under the saddle without interfering with the light.

I've got this "Guee" light fixed onto my MTB's saddle bag. Find it has a pretty tight fitting to the Topeak saddle bag and does not tend to point downwards.

Dunno where I placed it's casing so dunno what model is that. But looking at Guee's website. It kind of look like this one.

Edit: Found the casing..It is the Guee COB-X bought from Tay Junction at Vertex.
