If a person ish jobless for some time and prior to that holding on to contract jobs, will that be a red light not to gibe him e prev title if it's a non entry level job?

2. Also is taking a $600 internship worth it or just aim for $800 or more?

3. If I apply for more than 1 internship in MNC can the HR see or is it diff HR for each. cos from their point of view might seem like I just whacking all job postings.

also hard to say i am passionate about finance if they know I also applied hr job.....

any other advice regarding internships or what employers look for in intern. sorry ah, all the career sessions in school regarding job search booked up.......

What is the market rate for a fresh grad Graphic Design student?

No idea.

If someone being head hunt will the boss of that someone know? Like some hh poh news to the industry?

No. Because it will jeopardize him closing the deal. Must remember, a deal is only closed when

1) The candidate joins the company
2) The candidate stays in the company beyond a certain period (usually 6 months to 1 year)

1) Best to go thru school.
2) At internship level, most important is what you can learn from it rather than whether it pays you 200 dollars more
3) Same HR
4) Depends on company, but usually what you know about the company, why you want to do a certain internship, etc.

Yes. But depends on why he did so many contract jobs. Reason is more important.

Ask you har, how reliable are average pay salary scales for the various professions published annually by those recruitment houses like Kelly, etc.

Are those a good gauge of the average market value of the old-handed professional who has many years experience?

your recruiter jumped the gun by thinking you were already chosen but it wasn't the case.

Basically, the client chose someone else. You didn't do anything wrong.

They are fairly reliable (i would say about 75% accurate)

But it also depends on your job history.

It means that your recruiter assumed that you will be offered the role, but it didn't happen.

It is very possible that they have chosen another person after careful consideration

Lower level recruitment firms also do help fresh grads. Because a lot of companies outsource their recruitment, especially if it is contract roles, to agencies.

Infamous as in so bad that, mnc managers will say, oh you are that guy who make etc etc etc rite......

Depends on how you convey the message initially.

Lets say you say you expect 4k and you get 3.5k then yes it is fine

But if you say you expect 4k then they give you 4k then you change your mind say 4.5k then it is another matter.

when you message someone on linkedln for an experienced role, do you do it to basically everyone who hits your keywords or only those who have a chance of getting it?
