If a person has engineering or sci degree totally unrelated to banking and finance, but he got at least two yrs of related banking n finance exp, he got chance to get headhunted by you for banking n finance positions ?
Basically if a person has a degree totally unrelated to his work exp , he still gt chance to get headhunted to roles similar to his work (and not his degree)?

By what age would u advise people against a career change ?
Or would u advise people not to change their career paths at all and just follow what they studied for their dip or deg?
30yo fresh graduate employer will hiam or not?
with 2 years irrelevant experience.
Your first job is not really determined by your degree. If not there won't be so many engineering grads in banking.
If really want to change job ideally before 30.
Assume you graduate from uni at age 25 you will have 5 years work experience and a feel of the marlet
