So, instead of looking out, why not speak to the manager and voice it out?
because the job is what it is and if the person doesn't like the job they can just get out and let the next better player in?
Just curious, have you had candidates who refuse to be confirmed and instead resigned saying that the job is not suitable? What is your opinion on such people especially if they put the tenure of that job (3mths) on resume?
