ASUS announced U36 model notebook

I getting the starhub promo set come only with 4 cell battery. I juz called the collection centre they can't upgrade to 8 cell battery. Where can i buy the 8 cell battery?

I got another problem, I cannot cannot to the internet using the RJ45 method, how shld I configure so that it will work?

You mean u cant connect to the net? Can u detect wireless network in the first place? If u can then check your pw.

When using lan cable to connect to the net, u may want to disable your wireless first.

As for the GPU thing, do a right click on the desktop, go the the graphic controller, there is a function for u to permanently on your 310M.

Anyone can recommend a laptop sleeve? Went and look at the Elecom sleeve. Think is call zeroshock III. That cannot fit this notebook. This notebook is too big for that. I only check the measurement. Anyone can confirm?

Looked at the net for the zeroshock advance, seem too thick to my liking. More like a case then a sleeve. Anyone tried something that go well with this notebook?

As for the keyboard nana silver cover, PM squirrelgal. squirrelgal can bring the thing in but need about 2 weeks.

i cannot access the internet using Rj45, I can access the net using wifi

when I connect to modem, it fail, when I try to diagnosis, it say

windows could not automatically detect this network's proxy settings

what does it mean? I have already disable my wifi, yet it is still the same, I use the cable modem on my desktop no issue

Anyone having problem with the keyboard? It seem that sometime the key is not detected when I pressed it. First time using such keyboard. dunno is it me or is it the keyboard.
