Cases are shockingly expensive for a tablet of this price really

One way to work around this would be to order from eBay, though it might be a bit of a wait

I read that some powerbank doesn't support certain devices. I've plan to get a powerbank, does the valore brand from challenger support HD 7?

Depends on the output

The HD7 accepts 1A output from any USB based powerbanks, and the charger of the HD7 itself is 1.3A

Got my case from eBay, took about a week to ship into Singapore and get into my hands

All in all, not bad

I paid US$10 for the case itself, shipping costed US$3, so that translates to about SG$16 or so

Not bad for a multi-utility basic case

How far away were you from the router?
The 5GHz wifi band has better signal quality vs the 2.4GHz one, but had noticeably shower range

The tests carried out by some reviewers did note that the HD7 did support both the wifi bands, but some have had issues with the 5GHz band it seems

Add: before I forget, try using the WPS connection feature of your router has it

Try shifting the router's operating frequency down to 2.4GHz

If that doesn't work, check the history of devices connected to the router at once and see if it might have hit the device allowance limit, if it has that option

If neither of the above works, try connecting to a different router or 3G/4G tethering

If that doesn't work either, you'll wanna either get it exchanged or repaired

I like to ask something. My HD7 was fully charged and plug out from the charger. Left it by my side as normal. After a few hrs, when I wanted to use it, it could not wake up. I tried holding on to the power button but it would not turn on. After that, I google and found someone had suggested to others which is having HD7 not switching on that by plugging in the charger and holding the power button would work. I tried and it works and the battery life was 83%. Does anyone knows what happened? I have not installed anything or done whatsoever stuff to it before this happen and this is the 1st time it has happen. But difference is that there are lightnings and thunder and heavy downpour at my area but I don't think that could be the major factor.
