anybody experienced this b4 with this tablet? i keep getting the error msg "Unfortunately, Launcher has stopped.", and i can't access my page of apps and widgets by pressing the center apps button.

i tried clear cache and restart, but nth seems to work. anybody here can help me on this?

btw, everything is on stock, i never do any rooting or install 3rd party launcher.

It shut down by itself and can no longer boot up.... Go read on comments from amazon.. A common defect it seems.. Anyway, I already sent it back and getting full refund...

You can check with the Local Asus if your unit is entitled to SG warranty but I serious doubt so.

I had a fault in mine and I sent it back for a full refund. Amazon would pay for the shipping cost when you send back. You have two options, either get a full refund or get a replacement unit.

I send it back the same day I received it. It took about 14 days via Singpost to enter their system.

You need to do the RMA within 30 days of receiving the tablet for Amazon to refund or send you a replacement.

If you do not return the tablet and the replacement is sent to you, they will bill you 60 days after the items is sent to you.
