Foc shipping to singapore?

Yes, just make sure it's sold by Amazon and it's eligible for free AmazonGlobal Saver Shipping.
Warranty should be available locally ONCE they start selling in Singapore, like the last gen......
seems good. but already got myself an asus HD7.
I guess will give this good deal a miss.

Just got mine from The Open Surface
The packaging is relatively minimalistic
It includes a charger, 2 guides, a stand, mUSB cable and the tablet itself
This is the tablet (unskinned) compared to my Xperia Z
It should be noted that it can get relatively bright for a tablet, but it's not gonna be the brightest things you've seen. Definitely brighter than the average laptop though, and very wide viewing angles, it has to be said
Playing Top Gear on it
It has to be said that the screen has a gap between the LCD panel layer and the upper surface plastic, so it lacks the laminated, icon on surface look that and very high contrast most flagship phones nowadays have
And these are some benchmarks I've done with the tablet. The PowerVR SGX544MP1 inside it feels as if it aligns with the flagships of 2011 from some of the games I've tried
Gotta say, the screen looked as if it has a bit of a yellowish hue on it upon first impression, but the included ASUS Splendid app does a good job in shifting the overall colour balance. Toned it to a cooler colour temperature, and upped the vividness of it a little
Things can get a little jerky with the default launcher, so I suggest ditching the default Launcher and installing something like Nova Launcher (Prime or otherwise) or ADW EX, and theming it to what you'd like
Mine's rather crammed with everything in one page *lol*

just got the HD7 yday, there's an update and now waiting for 4.3 ( coming soon ? )
speed is pretty ok for this price, very useable as compared to samseng tab 2 7".
Slapped in a 32gb microsd and all are ok!!!
Slight problem I think is the screen it's more yellowish as compared to my n7 2013. I guess I have to tweak it abit using Asus Splendid.
BTW, anyone encountering some flickering of screen ( refresh rate issue? ). I disabled power saving and seems like it went away.

Yeah, I experienced some minor screen flickers during the first day of use
It may be the battery settling in or something, not sure about that, but haven't experienced it since
As notebookcheck's review of the HD7 mentioned, the screen has a warm tonal cast to it, so you'd want to move the hues to the cooler temperature side of things

$249 at PC show... Can't decide between this and Nexus 7 2013... I need the MicroSD card as I got a 64gb, but I love Nexus 7 stock android and 1200p screen.... Stupid Nexus Google doesn't seem to like MicroSD... Sigh. Guess I'll wait for Samsung Note lll as an AIO device lol

I'm planning to get one from retailers like Harvey Norman/Challenger. I see no point travelling from the West to the East, joining the crowds at Comex when the prices are no different. But I'm still thinking, Memopad HD 7(89%)or Fonepad ME371(10%)... 1% - forget everything and wait until the end of the year for more reviews...lolz

Actually, it depends on your purpose of getting a tab. Deciding factor lies on the call capability. Fonepad has the phonecall capability whereas Memo FHD7 is just a Tab. So I guess it boils down to your needs.

Actually, for ard the same price, i would prefer the Nexus 7 1st gen which is now going for only $280. U get a better quad-core soc plus other things like stock Android and even NFC. All in, the Nexus just feels like a classier and better built device while the Memopad HD7 feels like a budget offering. The main thing u will lose out though, is of course the msd slot
