Anyway PadFone 2 Android 4.4 update is avaialble at Phones - PadFone 2 - ASUS just in case anyone needs it. Do remember to back up all your data before updating as the phone will be factory reset lol

Wonder if we can use the update for PadFone 2 on PadFone Infinity though. Not sure what will happen...anyone dare to try :s8:

hopefully they will release the update soon.=( anyone encounter earpiece only 1 sided? using skullcandy earpiece

i dont think you can use padfone 2 update to update the infinity. who knows what would happen.

Why would you say so? My New Padfone Infinity that i have been using for almost a year, and my brother's Padfone Infinity that he has used for more than a year, still has no lag and battery life is still good.

Compare this to any flagship Samsung Note or S series, usually by 6 months, battery life is 50% lesser and phone is significantly more laggy and buggy than initial use.

Anyway, i'm also waiting for kitkat to come to "new" up my phone so that i don't need to get a new phone for different experience... Frankly i'm so in love with this phone + tablet form factor, nothing in the market now actually catches my attention...

anyone know how much and where can change the screen for new padfone infinity A86? dropped it and screen and touch screen not working

You can try the asus service center at 8 Burns Road, $300 for cracked screen replacement. Not sure about the price if other parts are damaged. I dropped mine a few months back, and they got it replace within the week.

yea. pls note got WWE and StarHub SKU. Pls flash properly else later bricked the phone.

thanks for sharing the link
juz updated and seem fine..but the dev option seem to have disappear...and now it require me to enable USB debug to be able to detect when i plug into my com
and it PClink app doesn't seem to "mirror" my phone on my desktop.. (is it available only on Zenphone only or any phone with ZenUI can?)
need some getting use to for the new UI... miss the option of holding home button to bring up the shortcut..(now cn only show google..)

pls go to setting > about > software information. pls repeatedly click on build number for around 7 times and developer option would appear.

i am using the padfone infinity now with pc link to reply in fact.

my padfone screen cracking which mk it unusable.. anyone noe where and how much it cost to replace?
