You can try the asus service center at 8 Burns Road, $300 for cracked screen replacement. Not sure about the price if other parts are damaged. you need to back up all your data though! updating makes your phone do a factory reset and will delete all your files.

juz updated and seem fine..but the dev option seem to have disappear...and now it require me to enable USB debug to be able to detect when i plug into my com
and it PClink app doesn't seem to "mirror" my phone on my desktop.. (is it available only on Zenphone only or any phone with ZenUI can?)
need some getting use to for the new UI... miss the option of holding home button to bring up the shortcut..(now cn only show google..)
