I am jus back from Asus service center. waited almost an hour to collect my Padfone2.

What they did: Changed MB
Which in turn - IMEI nos all changed.

Consequences: All my online game have to be transfer. But some of the game need special code in the game from the "Old Device". most likely my online credits will be gone... there goes my money.....

STUPID ASUS.... POOR MANUFACTURING OF MB...

Just wanna ask, when did you send your phone in?

Cos i sent in mine last tuesday and they haven get back to me.

tried calling the service center but nobody pick up

bro, its total bull**** from the Service center regarding the 5 ~ 7 working days. mine took almost 2 whole weeks.
Plus, when ask for updates thru the call center after a week, its always same bull****...

"Sorry Sir, We are unable to comment on the status of the phone, We will put up request to the service center to get back to you within the (day) or (few Hours) or (within an hour)." For sure you won't get any update/feedback at all....

Sent in my phone today. Waited 1 hour for my turn. In that one hour, saw 3 people collecting, and 2 others sending in, including me total 3.

I Got mine middle of feb. Just got my MB changed. Somehow it was affecting my network (wifi and mobile data)

I just wanted to ask why you or anyone change your mb, is it coz the phone doesn't boot anymore or Asus suggest to have it change coz as of now i still have my stock MB,it works fine no boot issue,though sometime phone heats up while browsing for a period of time or playing high res games and I got mine on 13th of December

Hi, i sent in for repair cos my wifi refused to stay awake eventhough i choose the option keep wifi on during sleep. Initially, they said it could be the wireless or network chip thats faulty but my mobile data is affected as well. Waited two weeks and when i collected my phone, was informed that MB was changed and the issue is solved. Reading up on other users posts, their MB was changed mainly due to it cannot boot up and crash after update to latest firmware.

Hmm.. My wifi issue seems to be solved. Need to monitor a few more days to be sure. Haha ! The phone heats up or become hot while browsing and playing game is common. I believe everyone experience this with their phones

Bro, not trying to be foul mouth or anything. But, i was able to flash the latest wwe firmware as well and use it normally even before my MB was changed.

I hope I don't need to change MB as it a drag doing so. I have been there once to get my charger changed as it was faulty

Thanks I just wanted to confirm.. coz mimes heats up after few minutes of browsing thru LTE.. I hope my MB don't **** up coz I'm in the Philippines though I purchase it in Singapore.. but thing about it the camera has dust before so I clean it and improvise a seal so that dust won't enter the lens anymore so now my unit has no warranty anymore. Do you have any idea how much is the MB just in case?

Im not sure how much it cost. There seems to be no parts available in the market. Haha

All my notifications are coming in late or never come in at all. My phone's MB has been changed, Starhub issued me a new sim card, Smart saving not turned on, no battery saving app installed. Really frustrating
