I must say after reading hwz's review of this tablet, I'm blown away by the IPS screen which delivers 1280x800 and the awesome battery life.

Asus is really awesome, my first laptop was asus a6j back in 2006, until now it is still working.

Damn I am really tempted to get this

But there isn't any 3G version right? only 32gb wifi which is retailing at $759?

Finally tore off the plastic after almost 9 days since I got it at launch. Saw one dust particle around 2mm in length stuck behind the screen. :(

yes...for this series, might not..as they focus on the 7000seies(like prime but with plastic back to improve wifi & gps)
btw, the curremt prime is not ips,,,but super ips :p

Hi.

New to andriod. Just bought the Transformer Prime and when I tried to purchase apps from the market, the message "the item that you were attempting to purchase could not be found". This applies to any paid app I try to purchase. Free apps are ok.

I have my google wallet all set up and running. Any idea why?

1) there is a valid goggle email account setup.
2) It will required a valid credit card
3) The apps u purchasing shd b applicable for your model..
4) The market access in through your tablet

Amazon. It's a very fitting and handsome casing, definitely worth the money. Still short of a decent screen protector though.

Anyway, guys please do not put anything up for sale in this thread. Fastest way to get the whole thread trashed by the mods.
