For this laptop, you have to be very sure the specs you need. Since the parts are not user upgrade-able. Upgrading later might be hassle or subject to higher premium by Asus..

Definitely enough for torrenting and Lightroom. Video editing, you'll have to be patient. The software itself no problem. Rendering will be a problem. NOX as in the app to allow Android to run in a shell in Windows? If so definitely no problem. If you're not in a hurry to do editing, no issues. Just wait lor... won't hang... just much slower... My comments refer to the UX-305 running the Core M processors.

According to diagnosis , BIOS Chip failed and will need to replace motherboard. Bring to service centre this also don't know that also don't know, end up PCDreams diagnose for free for me and told me unrepairable.

Gave up because the repair cost will be more than 60% of the original cost.

I wonder hw many suffered the same fate as ur laptop... It's quite sad use less than a yr it became spoilt, and spend so much $$ to buy it.... my lenovo laptop use close to 7yrs still ok.... sometimes it rly depends on yr luck?
