I sent my zenfone 2 4gb ram variant in for servicing. Motherboard failure. Endup due to the long service period, the Manager gave me a brand new replacement 1 on 1

Actually the hardware for this phone is fine except for a few lemon sets here and there which is the same with every brand/ model (just go read the Samsung S6 thread). Just that stupid Asus never test properly before releasing updates so people who upgraded to the latest few versions are having problems.... not sure how long Asus will take to do a retify the software issues though... if it's Xiaomi then i would say probably NEVER lol.

I agree the hardware for zenfone2 isnt the issue here. Its more of the zenui rom. Software problems are actually a lot more annoying than hardware issues. Becos a trip to the service center wont simply solve it.

Super fast, no lag, but not able to see all the tasks that are opened. Which button to press or where to see all apps that are currently running?

Camera was clear and takes shots fast.

There are only 3 buttons, did you try all?

all phones will have issues but only those with problems will write about it. most don't have any issues. zf2 do have some battery or rom issues so don't wait if you experience anything. just go service centre. luckily, I dont' have any issue with mine except for the loose back cover connection to NFC when first bought. press hard on it and now everything works. zf2 still the best value for money, imo. The only flaw is SIM 2 can't have any data at all
