It specialises in selling laptops.

But laptops business now is not like the 2000s where the profit margin was nearly 100% for every laptop sold

Which is why you see notebooks sellers dropping like flies since late 2010s with exit of players like Newstead, MC2 (which is still surviving today btw, selling smart motorised blinds). Even Ah Bengs selling pre-loved mobile phones can make more money than selling only laptops.

So Atrix should be the last of the laptops shops in SG.
Wow Newstead, that a name I haven't heard in a long time.

TL;DR: Bought an Asus G14 2025 (GA403WM-QS039W) for $3k+ from Atrix at COMEX 2025. They delayed delivery, then told me on 20 June that the model was out of stock and promised a refund via PayNow. Since then, no refund, no replies, and their Funan store looks abandoned. Website's down, removed from Shopee/Lazada, and phones aren't working. I only have the invoice and WhatsApp convo — thinking of filing a police report. Anyone else in the same situation? Any advice?

Moral of the story. Always cash and carry or else pay by credit card. Let the bank and Atrix fight it out. See who has moar lawyers.

Official stores could be run by dealer so probably run by them... temporary uplorry.
Even apple official store is not run by apple.

ya that's why I was thinking that one might be them.
I remember last time I bought from storage brand store on Laz and it was sent from a unit in SLS.
