I scared the 2 year old ZTE ONT cannot meet the new demands of the new modem. Whats your view?

Definitely can.. but if u r afraid of technical fault, then u gonna wait for it to breakdown first lor..

I have this same router installed about two weeks ago, I am trying to disable the firewall but don't see the option in the Router's web page. In the previous Singtel 2wire it was easy, any ideas?

I don't think you can disable it. I can't even find the firewall, except the default Singtel firewall port 67 and 68.

I think this is enable in the eth0.1 internet interface is what you mean. Try removing it from Security - Outgoing Filter.

Hi all, mind sharing your firmware, software and bootloader version? It can be found in http://192.168.1.254 under device info (note: only these 3 entries is enough! :s12:).

Firmware Version 339.6.2-003
Software Version V4.16L.02A
Bootloader (CFE) Version 1.0.38-116.174

This is because my router is acting up lately. Before I did a factory reset it keeps locking up at least twice everyday :s22:.

Firmware Version339.6.2-006Software VersionV4.16L.02ABootloader (CFE) Version1.0.38-116.174

I configure the IPv6, lost of connection and also wireless.... my wireless repeater cannot work correctly. This 7009 router 2.4 frequency very weak until my Asus RT-N10U even cannot receive signal.

Found it. It's located far right. You need to scroll right, you'll see the edit button.

Must go into admin user page. Advanced Setup - WAN - scroll to right side, you should the edit button.

You need to purchase wireless routers which support singtel iptv profile.. there are many high end routers having this feature, namely asus ac68/87/3200, dlink 890L, linksys ea6900/8500 and tplink ac3200 etc..

Your digital voice should connect to the ONT, if not u need to call 1688 to switch the connection to ont via their backend..

Yes u need to configure. Most routers will be able to configure for u and it's idiot proof. Just select the singtel iptv profile amongst other ISP that's all..
