23.45 2 days ago at People's park, when FX rate was 23.63.

rates dropped a lot. but do ask around and some shops con people by quoting 23.1 or 23.2.
ask and get the highest.

last week the rate at BKK is terrible only 23.20 or 23.26

The bank rates were terrible though! But we found a very good money changer near mbk. From the sky bridge head towards the bkk arts and cultural centre which is opposite mbk. There is a money changer at the first storey of the building beside the arts and cultural centre (you'll see a very huge advert on the side of the building).

Think it's called Siam exchange or something.

if u are only changing a few hundreds, 10 cents difference doesn't make big deal.
u probably can save more money with a better bargaining skills in Thailand.

lol duno leh. she keep insisting she changed at 25.0. she just came back from thailand 2 weeks ago. she say she walk the whole golden mile complex ask all the money changer for rates then they change the best one at 25.0. will confirm again with her next week

cant be.. if 25.. most likely the money changer collapse liao lol.. making big losses..
