I have the same issues with Citibank and UOB too. In addition, Nets Pay app crashed upon launch. Using XS Max.

I encountered one app crash and got it resolved by restart the phone, ask Siri to launch the app. Then the app open successfully without crash.

any one having issue with DBS digital token?

I can sign into the DBS app, but for some reason i cannot get my digital token to transfer to my iphone Xs.

It is supposed to prompt upon first sign in according the DBS Customer service who removed my digital token on their back end.

Even reinstalling the app did not make it happen.

Now every time i sign in, i also need to use 2FA while previously with digital token on my old phone, i can view balances and perform transactions without token.

You mean the nets pay app ? Mine keep showing retry...

Citi Bank I called last night and confirm not ready for XS series at the moment.

Try this.

1. Kill app
2. Uninstall
3. Reset phone
...a. Quickly press and release Up volume button
...b. Quickly press and release Down volume button
...c. Press and hold Side button until you see Apple logo
4. Reinstall App

Hope that helps.

I can confirm this too. Didn’t work previously after restore. So, deleted, reinstalled and re-setup my card.

UOB apps got updates but I haven't try.
Citi Bank I called last night and confirm not ready for XS series at the moment.

I saw that my UOB app has been updated today but the alert on device tampering still shows up. So deleted and reinstalled it. Unfortunately, the alert still shows up.

When I first launched it, it prompted me for the 2FA. Thereafter, i didn’t have to. Strangely, where there used to be a black screen that automatically accepted the 2FA, there isn’t one now. Also, I checked that the app was updated 2 weeks ago. My current version is 2.0.008

Apart from the UOB and Citibank app issue, I also have a problem adding my UOB credit card to wallet. Did anyone experience it? Adding other cards are okay, but UOB one says invalid card (previously was working on old iPhone).

edit: Just realised other master cards are okay, AMEX fine too. This UOB one is Visa, I don't have other Visa card to test if it's Visa or UOB problem.
