Hey man thanks, great help.
Am using Cardio, mainly jogging for weight loss and also to improve on my stamina.
My jog timing varies, could range from a short intense run, to a long endurance run that could last about 50 minutes.
I used to do Insanity, but that was months back when i stopped gymming and focused mainly on weight loss. Managed to get my weight from 94 all the way down to about 80, where i recently decided to start going back to gym.
Have a goal of hitting below 15% body fat before september, not sure if i am too ambitious, and also further lower my weight to about 65 ~ 70.
Haha, glad i could help. Okay, if your runs are to improve on stamina, and done in the evenings, you do not specifically need to stock up on BCAAs. You can either eat before or after the run (depending on how you feel), hitting your caloric needs.
I think what you stated is a reasonable goal. I personally am 165cm and 75kg. Im choosing to stay at this weight until next week (after exams), where im gonna to drop weight to around 72kg. See how it goes.
