me can consider uncle liaoz :(

anyway these are just numbers for myself, just continue on and maintain what you can do and it will be great already ^^

i ish uncle also but i feel worse than last x nowhere near my last x strength. every few mths get sick then go backwards. really test dropping.... sian. today went gym see all e ppl squatting 2 to 3 plates, 1 fella even sumo deadlift 405ibs.... even 1 amazon girl squat w better form & weight than me... sigh.

aiyo no need to compare de la, just do your stuff in the best form you can and it will very good liaoz lo

there is always people better, forever chasing these people is pointless unless you are join competition all these LoL

Hi Bear,

First off, I would like to say you've done an incredible job to take charge of your life and make drastic improvements in your health.

i have been on the same diet since i started my journey which is meat + veggie daily and have carbs 1 or 2 times a week.

the only time i see a major drop on the weighting machine is when i stop having meat for a mth and only take carbs.

Use 14-15kcal/lb of bodyweight to calculate maintenance.

kcal/lb

lb lean bodymass or pounds?
and kcal is?

kcal = Cals = Calories
1g of protein = 4kcal or 4Cal

lb = pounds.

ah icic, yup i try to change my lifestyle cos i am pis* off/Angry and guess what, Anger also leads to HBP LOL!

235.895 pounds

maintenance - 3302.6
Weight loss - 2359 - 2830.8
Bulk - 3538.5 - 4246.2

something like that?

But those are just estimates. Choose a number and track your weight for 2 weeks before making adjustments accordingly.

I like to keep protein high, because I find that it helps with recovery, plus I like meat.. so I usually aim for 1g/lb of bw. As for fats, I try to aim for 1g/kg.

Also, I appreciate any feedback or criticism you might have for the stuff I've compiled.

what you wrote seem all logical , for training wise i will be going for bodybuilding type for now since i screw up myself hahaha can only blame ownself for that.

protein from food is a problem since i need to research again for how much each packet of meat weights.

i tot get BCAA combo with Whey which i am already using to see if i can hit a better recovery, my shoulder recovery is taking a hit since i punch the bag, now got high tension @ my shoulder which cause me to have spike pain due to my tear

Not sure if i should take a break due to a swelling wrist, woke up ytd morning with a sharp pain on my wrist and after someone took a look at it, it seem i have injured my wrist -___-

If it's a wrist injury, gotta lay off completely until absolutely no more pain - at least 2 months; mine to 3 months to heal. Only permissible exercises are leg presses & leg curls using machines. Plate loading machines also cannot touch. Your MMA, sandbag punching also buay sai.

Supplement wise, Now Foods Bromelain 3 caps 3 times a day on an empty stomach - this will get the inflammation & pain down + help with the healing.

ytd i still did workout for back and chest , did not really trigger the pain but can feel something is there, but got constant worry i might get into the angle which will trigger the pain. No issue after the Punching. so i gave it a good old fashion using chinese medical oil and give it a gentle rub, is mostly @ the bone there

thank you uncle ghychay i will be extra careful for now, hmm bromelain i need to ask if anyone getting from iherb.

Chung Hwa Medical Institution: they have many departments, each department with their own speciality. Suggest you call up first & ask them when their 铁打 specialists will be in: 6251 3304. Add is 640 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh.

Registration for specialist each visit is $13; herb extracts $2 per day, more expensive herbs for those with chronic conditions $5 a day.
