Beside blinds and aluminum louvre, are there any other options for balcony?
I personally like glass curtains but think they are not allowed nowadays since they "add" to the strata space.

In the end, I managed to find a handyman that help me with the installation of ziptrack from TB. Just search for 电动窗帘 in TB and you will get tonnes of seller selling ziptrack. I compared with the rest of handyman and he’s the cheapest. his workmanship is really good and he’s a nice gentleman too. Feel free to ask him for quote

This is the seller from taobao that i got my ziptrack. This seller is pretty prompt w response but they send out with missing items. End up she sounds like it’s our fault. But at least its cheap.

I believe all the ziptrack selling on taobao should be more or less the same mechanism so the installer should be able to install those bought from TB. So you can really compare the price across and find the one w good review and price
