Look at blossom advertised as 21xx but all the sales average 24-25xx

The 2183 they advertised is for 3BR… it happens at the stack facing road… The average price of that stack is around 2.3k psf according to my agent

Yea but not to defend him again, the competition in D15 is real.. he just whacked too hard on the 80 percent sold for TG Rating wise v subjective ...recall he compare Cot D Azur latest psf at nearly 2k n remaining tenure, with TG 23xx to conclude strong buy

Competition in youtube getting real. There r a few others I like more but somehow EC feels differently from the rest. I even watched those agent briefing that is 1+ hour and of cos I fast forward. anyway, the amount of optimism is unreal. Of cos there r still good info to distill from watching....

Actually horrrr Cote d’Azur is like many people asking for 2k psf but the real price is not that, that’s why you see so few transactions for the past half a year, and many of the listing on propertyguru etc have been there for almost a year already

I went to showflat, the furnishing quite cui..agent told me u saved alot from psf...can do big Reno..

If the results from this one is strong (which seems like it), think the next one will be sold at 2.5k to 2.6k psf.

Furnishing always cui la. They used appliances from 4 years ago to put into the new condo 4 years later.

As for porcelain tiles, guess it's the same after 4 years so not much difference to complain about.

But probably lack charging lots for cars.

Ya some youtube star say Ki is in USA, but look at recent subsale profits and the latest transaction when developer staged from 17xx to 24xx..they raised price every few months

Good for developer and first mover, bad for late entrants
